Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Mac's Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandise displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, inventory management, and reconciliations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Walking, Sitting, Bending, crouching, kneeling
