Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 1955753 Alberta Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security, and maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
Language:The primary language of work is English.Work Hours:
35 hours per week.
