Responsibilities:

* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations

* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
