Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mac's Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate records
  • Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain a secure and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
