We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Freedom Mobile.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and supporting a positive team environment that fosters top performance while improving store performance across all metrics. This includes efficient supervision, goal setting, and phenomenal customer service.

A typical day will involve interacting with customers and staff as a natural leader, empowering others to succeed, providing coaching and mentoring, and taking ownership of resolving customer issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Empower team members to perform to the best of their abilities in creative and engaging ways.
  • Set clear objectives, give direction, and take corrective action as part of effective performance management.
  • Take swift and appropriate action to resolve customer issues and retain customers.
  • Cultivate a culture conducive to teamwork, continuous learning, and growth and development.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of progressive retail experience in a management role.
  • Previous experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
