About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at MLA Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional home buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Registering Guests: Provide a warm welcome to our clients and ensure their registration process is smooth and efficient.
  • Ensuring Outstanding Experiences: Work closely with our team to ensure every prospect has a positive and lasting experience during their visit.
  • Prospecting and Follow-up: Identify new business opportunities and follow up with visitors to ensure their needs are met.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations as necessary to showcase our products and services.
  • Database Management: Enter contract and prospect details into our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • File and Document Management: Maintain organized files and documents to ensure seamless operations.
  • Sales and Traffic Reports: Prepare regular sales and traffic reports to inform business decisions.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Sales Office, including supply orders and couriers.
  • Signage and Maintenance: Set up and maintain signage and balloons, as well as ensure the cleanliness of our Sales Office.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Sales Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrate the ability to solve problems independently and take initiative.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Post-Secondary Education: Hold a post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability: Show a willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities to achieve team objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office software and have knowledge of Lasso Database System.
