We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at MLA Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have an enjoyable and positively lasting home buying experience.

  • Greet and register guests
  • Ensure every prospect has an outstanding experience during their visit
  • Prospect and follow up with visitors
  • Sales presentations as necessary
  • Database management - enter contract and prospect details into CRM
  • Ensure files and documents are well kept
  • Prepare regular sales and traffic reports
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Sales Office including supply orders and couriers
  • Set up signage and balloons and maintain cleanliness of Sales Office
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Manager as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A self-starter who can solve problems independently
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to set priorities to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Post-secondary education
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities to achieve overall team objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Proficiency in social media including Facebook, Twitter, and blogging
  • Real estate-related education
  • Knowledge of Lasso Database System
