About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Trotman Auto Group. As a Sales Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for initiating sales appointments for our Sales Consultants using both phone and internet strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule sales appointments
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Trotman Auto Group
- Schedule sales appointments with customers and ensure timely follow-up
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure positive customer experiences
- Escalate issues to the appropriate management team as needed
- Operate within a structured, process-oriented environment and utilize multiple software applications
- Keep the customer database current and accurate, and work with CRM systems
- Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any accidents to a supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment Coordinator is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the hotel industry would be an asset
- A proven track record of success in sales and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Engaging with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Trotman Auto Group
- Scheduling sales appointments with customers
- Delivering exceptional service to ensure positive customer experiences
