Sales Appointment Coordinator

About the Role
The Sales Appointment Coordinator is a key member of the Trotman Auto Group team, responsible for initiating sales appointments for our Sales Consultants. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule sales appointments with customers
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on their experience at Trotman Auto Group
- Schedule sales appointments with customers and ensure that all necessary information is collected and recorded
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure positive customer experiences
- Escalate issues to the appropriate management team as needed
- Operate within a structured, process-oriented environment and utilize multiple software applications
- Keep the customer database current and accurate, and work with CRM systems to ensure seamless communication
- Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any accidents to a supervisor
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment Coordinator is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the hotel industry would be an asset
- A proven track record of success in sales and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
