Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Divine Spine Beaumont Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including typing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries, and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, and send and receive messages as required.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
