Cordial Convenience is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support the team's administrative needs.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Cordial Convenience offers a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
