About the Role
  • Develop innovative proposals for automation solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and engineering, to deliver turnkey automated systems and retrofits
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the engineering, procurement, and assembly phases
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop detailed specifications and cost estimates to support project goals
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines, and facilitate early-stage conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in applications engineering within the automation industry
  • University degree or college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and familiar with MS Office suite
  • Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, and equipment integration
