Client Solutions Manager

Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our global brokerage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert advice to support their success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
