About the Role:

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our Entertainment Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our entertainment clients, while also driving business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of entertainment clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Lead business retention efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking a proactive approach to placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set by carriers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with account executives to bind clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, ensuring you have the latest knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial insurance brokering experience.
  • Experience within the insurance and entertainment industries (considered a strong asset).
  • Proven ability to lead change and build strategic relationships.
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset.
