Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Leduc Stars Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Schedule appointments, manage contracts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

Leduc Stars Academy offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
