Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Luxury D Homes Trading Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Train and supervise other administrative staff members.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
