Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ARC Service Specialist to join our team at 5H0 Hub International Limited. As a key member of our Accounting and Finance department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reconcile and disburse payments to carriers, brokers, and clients
  • Apply debit to credits and bill transactions
  • Manage activities to identify validity, complexity, and clarity
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, finance companies, and accounting teams
  • Follow up to ensure end-results are obtained
  • Work with accounting units to ensure requests are completed
  • Monitor Salesforce tasks daily and respond to emails that created these tasks
  • Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the Salesforce ARC ticketing system
  • Attend team meetings and develop training materials
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance accounting or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with people
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good eye for detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well with a remote team and enjoy leadership roles
