Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants, following established procedures to minimize risks.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, contributing to a clean and efficient work process.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail for accurate work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor settings, with exposure to dust and other environmental factors.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, with a focus on residential construction projects. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in environments with dust and other hazards.
