We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd. as a Construction Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at heights and in dusty conditions
