About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide assistance with loyalty program inquiries, E-commerce platform issues, and in-store experiences.
- Log all customer interactions into our ticketing system for proper attention, follow-up, and reporting.
- Ensure standardized response processes are followed and updated as required.
- Maintain high service levels by meeting or exceeding key performance goals and metrics.
Requirements
- High school graduate; university or college degree is an asset.
- 1-3 years' customer support experience.
- Retail experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to deal with sensitive information and situations.
- Team player with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
