About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance with loyalty program inquiries, E-commerce platform issues, and in-store experiences.
  • Log all customer interactions into our ticketing system for proper attention, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Ensure standardized response processes are followed and updated as required.
  • Maintain high service levels by meeting or exceeding key performance goals and metrics.

Requirements

  • High school graduate; university or college degree is an asset.
  • 1-3 years' customer support experience.
  • Retail experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to deal with sensitive information and situations.
  • Team player with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
