About the Role
At Pet Valu, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide assistance with loyalty programs, e-commerce platform, and in-store experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and standards.
Requirements
• High school graduate; university or college degree is an asset.
• 1-3 years' customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
