Customer Solutions Analyst

Jonas Software – Construction Division

We are seeking an ambitious individual to learn our business and our clients' businesses as a Customer Support Analyst for our Software Support Team in the Construction Division. This role will be the starting point for a promising career for the right person.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Lead for daily direction and the Support Manager for administration:

  • Utilize listening and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot client issues
  • Maintain composure under stressful situations
  • Employ time management skills to resolve multiple client issues efficiently
  • Drive results to achieve team goals, establishing integrity and trust with the team and clients while remaining customer-focused
  • Serve as the primary support liaison between clients and Jonas
  • Keep clients informed of issue progression and provide follow-up as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments or offices as needed to expedite resolutions
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients
  • Assist with testing of the construction product

Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting-based applications, preferably in Construction, Service, and/or related industries, is an asset
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the software industry, is preferred
  • An accounting degree and/or experience are preferred
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and teach others
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
