Customer Solutions Analyst
The EWS Group is seeking an ambitious individual to join our dynamic and empowering workplace. As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will learn both our business and our clients' businesses by starting out as a member of our Software Support Team in the Construction Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional service-oriented company image among clients.
- Assist with testing of the construction product.
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting-based applications, preferably in Construction, Service, and/or related industries, is a definite asset.
- Customer service experience, preferably in the software industry, is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
