Your Opportunity

Our team is seeking an Administrative Professional to provide exceptional support to our Partners and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and drafting correspondence/documents.
  • Leading workflow software/systems, including tracking and reporting.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and formatting correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Providing support, mentorship, and task delegation to a team of administrative assistants.
  • Interacting with clients to support basic inquiries and information requests.

You should have a strong understanding of client industries, challenges, and opportunities, and be able to deliver high-quality work. You should also be able to identify and recommend effective service delivery strategies and participate in an inclusive and engaging work environment.

Your Experience and Education

We're looking for an individual with at least 3+ years of administration experience, an Office Administration diploma (or related), and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs. You should be able to prioritize your workload, manage multiple tasks, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
