Your Opportunity

Our team is seeking a 4-month Co-op or Intern Student to join our Assurance department and own the following responsibilities:

  1. Utilize technical knowledge from courses to carry out work projects and assignments with efficiency
  2. Prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements per regulatory standards
  3. Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
  4. Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  5. Communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Your Experience and Education
  1. Currently working towards a degree/diploma, focused in accounting
  2. Desire to provide outstanding client service and commitment to teamwork
  3. Proven leadership skills and ability to take initiative to seek understanding
  4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Certification Opportunity
  1. BDO supports students pursuing their CPA designation
