Job Title: Technical Sales Consultant

Falcon Consultech Services Inc is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Client Identification: Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Needs Assessment: Assess client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Proposal Development: Create reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products or services.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions and prepare contracts.
  • Sales Forecasting: Use sales forecasting software to estimate sales and revenue.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales and signed contracts.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and product innovations.
  • Training and Development: Train customers' staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
