Job Summary

As a key member of the Radwell International team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship in a specific sales area. This includes promoting Radwell's repair, surplus, distribution product and asset recovery services on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for a specific assigned territory, ensuring maximum sales potential is achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and position products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring maximum goodwill from all transactions.
  • Analyze market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for management and customers, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives, aligning with Radwell's overall business strategy.
  • Identify new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying customer needs and trends, and tracking competitors to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven sales or customer relationship building experience, with a track record of success.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people and environments, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Clean driving record and knowledge of the geographical area is a plus, enabling effective territory management and customer engagement.
