Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales and operations team in the area office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective management of our branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the region, ensuring excellent visibility and service.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive market share growth.
    • Organize and host customer training and events throughout the year.
  • Leadership:
    • Provide day-to-day leadership to the sales, inside sales, warehouse, and administrative teams.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources to manage employee recruitment, training, motivation, and performance.
    • Lead by example, ensuring adherence to quality and ISO processes and procedures, including health and safety.
    • Oversee inventory management at the branch, including cycle counting, turns, fill rates, inventory accuracy, and annual inventory counts.
  • Quality:
    • Act as the Quality Representative for the branch, ensuring the maintenance of quality processes and procedures.
    Requirements
    • Post-secondary education in an electrical-related discipline or Business Administration.
    • Minimum 5+ years of management experience in an electrical-related environment.
    • Strong business acumen and alignment with the company's vision.
    • Additional skills: strategic planning, negotiation, time management, and delegation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
