We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Treasury and Payment Solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients
- 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Treasury and Payment Solutions
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Knowledge of cash flow and working capital analysis, as well as cash management products and services
We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000.00 - $156,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
