About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Treasury and Payment Solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our services
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure team performance and drive business results
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activity, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a financial services or banking industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of cash flow and working capital analysis, as well as cash management products and services
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 to $156,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans. Our total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
