Job Title: Director & Head, Treasury Management Officer, GTB

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director & Head, Treasury Management Officer to join our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our treasury management business, driving growth and revenue expansion, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of industry experts to develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new transaction banking business, while strategically managing and expanding existing client relationships to maximize revenue growth.
  • Provide integrated transaction banking solutions to CFOs, Treasurers, VPs of Finance, and Controllers, leveraging your expertise in global liquidity management, payables and receivables optimization, alternative and emerging payments, foreign exchange, working capital solutions, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with key partners, including Group Treasury, Global Risk Management, Capital Markets, Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Operations, Fulfillment and Servicing, to deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects, and clients on transaction banking related topics, in collaboration with solution/product partners.
  • Coach and develop junior talent to ensure the continued growth and success of our team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of transaction banking experience, including global cash management, liquidity management, trade & working capital solutions, and/or corporate banking or global banking experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of transaction banking products, credit and risk processes, and pricing philosophy.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record in building relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Concern and regard for managing operational and enterprise risk.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • International banking experience.
  • Strong creative solution and motivation for process improvement.
  • Spanish/French language competency is an advantage.

Work Arrangement:

  • Work in a standard office-based environment.
  • Domestic and international travel required.
