Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care and patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
