- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current residents and provide assistance as needed.
- High school graduation and completion of Office Procedures or Office Management Coursework, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in operating and administering an electronic payroll and scheduling program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize work.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector - Criminal Record Check, Immunization Record, and negative TB testing.
- Able to provide proof of full and current COVID-19 vaccines.
