This role is a unique blend of event planning, administrative support, and customer service. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our employee experience programs, including planning and coordinating staff events, creating engaging content, and maintaining clear communication with staff. You will also provide administrative support to the Director of Revenue and assist with various tasks related to the Food & Beverage department.
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and enthusiastic individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for event planning, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate staff events, including orientation, Christmas, and end-of-season celebrations.
- Host various staff events, such as curling nights, and introduce new events you envision.
- Produce the staff newsletter with assistance from the team.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with staff regarding event details and schedules.
- Organize and execute a mid-winter wellness week for staff.
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations Committee to support employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide general HR and Administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and hosting events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; an independent worker with an eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is an asset.
- Previous experience in an office environment is required.
