About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 9442-3035 Québec Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
    • Supervise staff members, including cashiers, sales associates, and other support staff
    • Co-ordinate activities to ensure efficient store operations
  • Manage Sales and Merchandise
    • Authorize payments by cheque
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
    • Establish work schedules and manage staff hours
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage Cash and Payroll
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile discrepancies
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate payment
  • Conduct Performance Reviews
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
