Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 9442-3035 Québec Inc.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, teaching interest or professional development courses, and authorizing payments by cheque. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering merchandise, authorizing return of merchandise, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews

Work Environment:

The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The successful candidate will also be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will be expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills.
