Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
- Supervise staff, including cashiers, sales associates, and other team members
- Assign duties and tasks to ensure efficient operation of the gas station
- Manage Sales and Merchandise
- Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment
- Ensure that the gas station is clean and well-maintained
- Implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment
- Skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The role requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and to lift heavy objects.
Security and SafetyThe Gas Station Supervisor will be required to undergo a criminal record check and to maintain a high level of security and safety awareness.
