About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 9442-3035 Québec Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
    • Supervise staff members, including cashiers, sales associates, and other personnel
    • Co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
    • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash and other financial transactions
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise
    • Order and receive merchandise, including fuel, food, and other products
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate and not overstocked
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data
    • Prepare reports on sales, customer service, and other key performance indicators
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
