Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, teaching interest or professional development courses, and resolving issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise
  • Establish work schedules and sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Requirements:
