Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven HR Professional to join our team at TalentMinded Inc. as an HRIS Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in people analytics and HRIS data management to drive strategic decision-making and process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze employee data to identify trends, correlations, and predictive factors related to workforce dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations on HR metrics to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the administration of the HRIS (Dayforce) and the ATS, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to understand their analytical needs and deliver customized solutions.
Requirements
  • Direct experience in people analytics and HRIS data and system management.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as PowerBI.
  • Highly proficient in Dayforce and ability to efficiently and effectively manage HRIS platforms.
