Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team at Meltwater. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for enhancing HR experiences for our global workforce of 2,700 employees across 30 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ongoing improvements to our HRIS systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.
  • Analyze and resolve HRIS-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

  • Proven experience in HRIS systems and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
