Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian cuisine, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of our kitchen, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
