The Mullings Group Search Canada is seeking a seasoned Creative Operations Manager for Marketing Impact Ltd. This role involves overseeing and coordinating the activities of a high-volume production team engaged in custom displays and POP merchandising.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Creative Operations Manager brings a high level of energy, inclusive leadership, deep technical skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
This position requires strong supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably in custom displays or merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production lead hands, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines.
- Train and mentor employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage material requisitions to meet production schedules.
- Evaluate materials and finished products for compliance with organizational quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor production performance and prepare reports for management, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in custom displays or merchandising.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, production techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Proficient in inventory management and production planning software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for continuous improvement.
