Production Manager

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager brings a high level of energy, a demonstrated inclusive leadership philosophy, deep technical skills and knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality an efficiency.
This position is based on-site in Concord, Ontario.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production lead hands, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines.
Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the requisition of materials and supplies to meet production schedules.
Evaluate materials and finished products to ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
Monitor production performance and prepare reports for management, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
7-10 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in custom displays or merchandising.
~ Strong understanding and experience of fabrication processes and production techniques.
~ Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
~ Proficient in inventory management and production planning software.
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
