Job Description

Our client seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, data-driven, and skilled in identifying competitive opportunities to enhance brand performance. This role is working up to 5 days in the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies to drive market growth and innovation.
  • Oversee new product development within the category, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage all packaging development and branding initiatives for assigned product lines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop brand promotions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, including creative briefs, advertising, promotions, and consumer communication strategies.
  • Track and evaluate brand performance metrics, including sales, profitability, distribution, and consumer feedback.
  • Facilitate product education through training materials, webinars, sell sheets, and internal knowledge sessions.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that support overall corporate growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completion of a Post Secondary education
  • 3+ years as a brand manager
  • Experience within retail, hardlines, or consumer packaged goods industries is an asset
  • Strong background in marketing strategy, product development, and competitive analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive brand growth, market positioning, and innovative product strategies.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office suite is a must
  • SAP is an asset
