Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized User Support Technician to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to user issues.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them resolve technical difficulties.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log to aid in troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
