Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GREWAL WIRELESS INC. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our systems and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and internet protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
