About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to lead our Hardgoods team at Kingsway Garden Mall. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and coaching your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a daily sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
