Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aircraft systems and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or equivalent experience
- Aircraft Maintenance License with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, the international language of aviation
- Experience in line maintenance or heavy maintenance operations is an asset
- Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations is considered an asset
