Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of all aircraft and aircraft components. This includes ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with the company's quality and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft availability
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business functions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
  • Monitor and report on maintenance metrics and performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair
  • Valid M1 and M2 AME license
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
